Reviews and Ratings
I was given a room directly after being offered to tour a few rooms with the housekeeper until we found one that didn't smell like smoke. The room had a king-size bed but wasn't sufficiently insulated from noise, as I could hear the TV from the next room. The location was good, near the famous Maarif area with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were pleasant, modern, clean, and had a big comfortable bed, pillows, and linen. However, the area under the floor of the conference center was old and dark, with a lingering smell in the corridor. The housekeeping service failed to put toiletries and other promised items in the bathroom, like a bathrobe and shower cap.
The hotel is ideally located near the famous Maarif area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. However, the street noise could be disturbing at night. The staff provided mixed levels of service, though some went above and beyond. The overall experience can benefit from improvement in service quality and efficiency.
The hotel is well-located with easy access to downtown and various dining options. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition, but the cooling could be improved. The staff is friendly and central to ensuring a pleasant stay, especially Aicha who was extremely helpful. The location offers convenience with nearby tram access, though the advertised views were not as expected. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short with chaotic service. Overall, a mixed experience with notable positives and negatives.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was great. The overall atmosphere was quite pleasant, modern, and clean, with a big comfortable bed, pillows, and linen. However, there was some noise from a nearby disco or party that could be heard, which was a bit disruptive at times.
Although the hotel rooms we were initially shown were disappointing with a lack of interior design and smoke smell, the room we finally settled in offered a pleasant, modern, and clean ambiance with a comfortable bed and linen. The location, while a bit congested, is conveniently downtown with walking distance to Pigeons Square. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the Moroccan cuisine, despite not meeting the usual Movenpick standard. The staff's service was exceptional, contrasting with the lack of attention received compared to others, and the facilities were sufficient.
The hotel had a breathtaking Casablanca Sea View, but the rooms were very depressing and lacked interior design taste, from poor lighting to the dirty windows. The service was questionable, with unexpected fees charged, but some staff members were kind and attentive. The location was disappointing compared to the pictures shown. The dining experience was below expectations, with limited options. Facilities needed maintenance, with broken amenities.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with spacious and well-decorated rooms offering great value for money. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the location had some drawbacks being close to a noisy area. The dining experience had room for improvement, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
